1. The pump does not produce oil
If it is found during host debugging that the gear pump does not receive oil, first check whether the rotation direction of the gear pump is correct. Gear pumps have left and right rotation. If the rotation direction is incorrect, the pressure oil generated by the volume difference generated by the internal gear meshing will cause the oil seal to be damaged and leak oil. Secondly, check if the oil filter at the oil inlet end of the gear pump is blocked, which can cause difficulty or inability to absorb oil, and result in the suction hose being flattened.
